Their vision was two decades ahead of the times and the development did not succeed. Years later, when the beach villa concept was more accepted, it resurged as the most requested property for its beauty and closeness to Boqueron's picturesque town. Now a days, Villa Taina residents, as well as friends and guests, enjoy one of the best locations, with tennis and basketball courts, marina, its own beach and the privacy and security we all demand. Villa Taina is 5 minutes drive from Highway 100, Cabo Rojo's main road. Just a 45 minute drive from Ponce Airport; 1 1/4 hour drive from Aguadilla Airport or a 2 1/2 hour drive from San Juan International Airport. From highway 100 you may visit all of Cabo Rojo's beautiful beaches including Playuela, Buye, Boqueron, Combate among others.

$100 refundable security deposit required to reserve. Deposito reembolsable de seguridad de $100 requerido para reservar.
$80 one time cleaning fee per booking. Cargo de limpieza de $80 por estadia.
7% Government Tax.  Impuesto del Gobierno de 7%.

Ful rental payment due 3 days prior to your check-in. 
WiFi internet is OPTIONAL. Activation fee is $50. Ask rate for your specific rental period.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival date without penalties.  After the 30 day grace period, we reserve the right to retain your deposit in full and any payments made by you in order to cover for lost rental income and expenses due to your cancellation.  We recommend you add your vacation rental in your Travel Insurance package.
